I am so happy to welcome everyone to my virtual holistic fitness community.
I’m excited for this studio to provide a safe place for everyone to become stronger and more confident while learning Pilates and Barre. All fitness levels welcome! I take your health journey seriously and my passion is to empower you through mind, body, and spirit.
PERSONAL PRACTICE
What is a personal practice you might ask? The verb “to practice” is defined as, “to perform repeatedly or regularly in order to improve or maintain one’s proficiency.” The key is YOU deciding what YOU want and using the space you’ve given yourself at your class to “practice” with intention. It will evolve as you evolve and put time into it.

We are all a work in progress and those personal practice goals may be a bit hazy at first. For some of you the morning classes help keep the flow of positivity throughout the day; yet others may be focusing on relaxing after a busy week and clearing their head. The bottom line is this is your time and your space- that is what makes each person’s practice so unique and personal to them.
SACRED SPACE
Whichever your level is I encourage everyone to create space and time for your practice. This means wrapping your brain around the idea that you are going to commit to your practice, choose a class time that works for you, write it down on the calendar, or in your phone, and commit to showing up.
I know we all live in a stressful and busy world but It’s important that you respect the time you’ve carved out for yourself and make sure you’ve designated a comfortable and quiet space with no interruptions (if possible) and room to move. Wear your comfy clothes, use a mat, and bring weights or water bottles to lift.
Take a few minutes to sit and wake up or take some deep breaths before class to center yourself, then log into Zoom and you are all set. Most important is to bring a smile and a willingness to learn. Sound easy?
The first step is easy it's just showing up and starting. Be willing to learn. Let me guide you.

Monday 6:15AM - Pilates
Monday 12:00PM - Barre
Wednesdays 6:15AM - Barre
Wednesdays 12:00PM - Pilates
Friday 12:00PM - Barre/Pilates
